This east Toronto brewery creates a multitude of beers, including seasonal brews, an organic lager and a coffee flavoured beverage. Tours are available on Saturday and Sunday at a specific time, and include history of the brewery, a description of the brewing process and sampling. Private tours can be arranged by appointment.

The Distillery Visitor Centre offers a walking tour and a selection of Segway tours around Toronto's Distillery District. The walking tour focuses on the history of the area, visiting the many Victorian industrial buildings. A visit to Mill St. Brewery is followed by a stop at the Soma Chocolate factory. Or, give feet a rest and experience the area on a fun, futuristic Segway. A lesson on how to ride one is included.
