During May Speech and Hearing Month, VOICE for Hearing Impaired Children will be celebrating its 45th anniversary. VOICE has reached out to hundreds of children and their families over these many years as they struggle to accept their child’s diagnosis of hearing loss, seek to acquire support, information and valuable connections to help them and their child cope and move forward in a hearing world.

We are pleased to invite you to join us in our celebration at our 2nd annual Cocktail Music Soirée, to be held at the SHAMBA Foundation in Toronto (Yonge & Wellington) on May 27, 2010. The event will raise funds for the VOICE Auditory-Verbal Rehabilitation Program that teaches children who are deaf or hard of hearing to use their cochlear implants or hearing aids in order to acquire speech and language – enabling them to become fully-integrated and independent members of the community.
